Who says gingerbread houses have to be coated with gumdrops and candy-canes?
These contemporary designs are part of a challenge from the Creative Room, a collective based in Canada. They invited Vancouver's top architectural firms to come with their own version of a gingerbread house. The houses will be auctioned off, and proceeds benefit Architecture for Humanity. We love the tower made mostly with wafer thin cookies and the spun-sugar trees.
