Stumbled across these trompe d'oeil poufs by Dutch designer artist Nicolette Brunklaus earlier today and fell for them instantly. Bloesem, one of my fave design sites, posted a sneak peek on Brunkhaus' home, and I love her classic-meets-modern style. Our sister site Opaline showcased her equally cool chandeliers last year, and they also play with photo-realistic images and the contrasts between old and new. The top pic features the pouf with a table top. Just love it.
